At Cloudistics, I started as one of three web engineers on a 12-person engineering team (19th hire overall). My initial responsibility was redesigning the front-end architecture from the ground up to address the existing codebase’s lack of extensibility. I went on to implement detailed user experiences on views with excess of 2,000 bindings, design key aspects of the PostgreSQL and Cassandra data models, and establish a Docker workflow for automating environment configuration. During my tenure, I managed a team of 10 engineers and developed a repeatable process for interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring developers. I formulated processes for performance evaluation, sprint execution, and continuous improvement and served on the architecture team responsible for research and development of new features.
